ESPN.com columnist Jay Bilas has included Maryland sophomore Jordan Williams among his top 25 performers in college basketball so far this season. Bilas noted the players he thought had the best performances in November and early December. “This is a narrow exercise and the focus is on the here and now,” he wrote. “This is about production, efficiency, value to one’s team and flat out getting it done on the college level.”
