In a year of getting chances to prove itself the Terps get one more Friday night. The Terrapins had Duke on the ropes at Durham and then only a miraculous game from Kyle Singler saved the Blue Devils at College Park. Maryland is a caged lion backed into the corner of the cage. Stay with the Devils . Don’t have to mount a crazy rally. Cliff Tucker come alive it’s your redemption chance. One game, one win can wash away lots of bad memories. And I disagree with the masses. Beat Duke then FSU or the Hokies and there is a definite case for inclusion.
Thursday night night was simply a case of a team being ready to take care of business. everyone contributed. Scoring was across the board, as I stated on Terp Talk Gary would devise a way to shut down Scott Wood, and defense against the 3 returned as the Terps held NC State to 2-17 from the 3 point line. I like the offense starting Hawk injected into the team. sean as usual never sulks and in fact provided the game’s key play –blocking Scott Wood then recovering the loose ball.19 hours til the 7PM start.
