I expected something super but what I saw was vastly better. These uniforms will make Maryland the talk of the country. With over 100 combinations the Terps will always take the field with a new look if they so desire. My personal favorite was the gold pants with black jersey that Kevin Dorsey #12 wore.
This was an event unlike no other ever held at College Park. The atmosphere was electric. The players and Coach Edsall were absolutely having a great time. The entire Terp nation was able to watch for free on Terps TV. As Coach Edsall said there is a new brand of Maryland football –one that embraces the entire state. The actual beginning of the renaissance of course is September 5 when Miami comes to town. The whole nation will be watching. The game is quickly approaching a sellout. Our top rated QB will be on display. Everything about the night has Terrapin fans counting the days down.

overall i thought the uniforms are not very good. pants with a lot of goofy lines. horrible looking helmets. numbers with 2 different colors. i think i liked one white jersey and one black jersey. actually edsall’s shirt was the best looking. was that sonny jurgenson wearing number 9 with gold pants?
