Observations of a pretty good exhibition game:
—For the thousands who were scared off by the weather–it was a nice night—nice wind , moderate temps
—2 drops by Torrey Smith were the lowlight for me. He just doesn’t look comfortable yet–but everybody relax and give him a chance. Torrey is big time big play guy!!!!
–Flacco’s TD pass to Lee Evabs was a thing of beauty. De Angelo getting beat made it better
–The Skins are in pretty good shape with 2 very good QBs–for my money Grossman is better
–The Steelers are our rival–the Redskins might have been in the 50s but not today
–How in the world did Ray Rice fall to the end of the 2nd round. He ran for 72 yards in 13 carries
–As I stated on the radio –I had dinner at the Attman’s Stand at Section 118– a great corned beef sandwich
–Since Anquan has been a Raven, he has been anything but a diva. #5 and #81 will have a great year together
–The new kickoff placement is a joke–It has rendered the likes of Devin Hester useless
–Terps were all over the field last nighty–Torrey, Dominique, and LaQuan for the Ravens—-Kevin Barnes and Josh Wilson for the Skins
–Expect Ray’s rushing yardage to pick up immediately when Oher returns to the right side
–Next up at Atlanta next Thursday night at 7PM
