Captain Coach Killer (Ovie) could have had 5 goals if he just finished last night. Look out when he breaks out of the scoring slump. his game is still on a different level, the only problem is that the puck is not finding the net.
Tomas Vokoun was stellar tonight turning back shot after shot during several stretches of the final period.
It’s utterly amazing the nature of the Caps crowd. When Tom Greene unleashes the fury, the arena erupts like few other crowds I have seen.

My buddy Randy, who is my expert on the Caps says the team is a big work in progress under Dale Hunter. The second Boudreau was fired, randy correctly said he would have a new job within 72 hours–he was wrong –it was 48.
