I watched the late replay of the USA’s overtime 16-15 overtime win over 2011 Final Four participant Denver and actually thought the best player on the field this day was Matthews who finished with 4 goals and 4 assists. he is flat out smooth as silk!!! Kevin Leveille scored the game winner for Team USA in OT. To get to the promised land Denver will have to overcome it’s inexperienced defense. Maryland opens its season February 18th at College Park. In the Women’s challenge game Champion Northwestern was no match for Team USA losing 16-6.
