after matusz’s first 2 pitchs. fastballs high and outside weiters should ahve walked to the mound and told matusz to slow down his delivery at the top to allow his arm to come through slower and stay on top of the ball for a more effective relase point. and he should have started to call for more breaking balls which allows the pitcher to stay on top of the ball better.
