to me the death penalty should be exercised here. that said maybe a loss of 10 scholarships for 4 years. no bowls for 4 years, no tv for 2 years, a large sum of money to go to the prevention and care of abused kids. a large fine in the millions, allow current players to transfer without them sitting out a year
