I went to the game last night and had to endure Oriole batter after batter striking out, many looking. Even Rick Dempsey was in a critical mode last night. Excellent pitching efforts are being wasted. Here are some of the strikeout problem batters.
Jim Thome 62 AB 22 K’s 35% Strikeout percentage
Chris davis 302 AB 97 K’s 32%
Reynolds 233 AB 86 K’s 37%
Betemit 278 AB 82 K’s 30%
The O’s are 51-46 with price pitching tomorrow and the A’s arriving Friday. Uh-Oh
