Most of this nation including my friend Cliff Gelb still believes the Yankees will prevail. WAKE UP!!! There’s a new sheriff in town–his name is Buck –His chief deputy is Mark Reynolds and his posse is too numerous to mention. After a 12-0 thrashing of Toronto the O’s are 76-59–tied with the Yankees for 1st. Zach Britton was brilliant–again–last night going 7 innings allowing just 4 hits with 2 walks. Mark Reynolds again popped a 3 run dinger. Ain’t the beer cold.
