Greivis Named Starting Point Guard For New Orleans Hornets
Let me see if I remember correctly it was Mike Ricklen who used to tell me how bad Senor Vasquez was. In all seriousness this is tremendous honor for the great Maryland Legend.
I never sad bad, I said he most likely was not a pro point guard. Felt he was not fast enough. Time will tell, he has looked great during preseason.
I am an NBA devote and certainly follow all of the former Terps. I hope he continues to perform well.
He has definitely suppressed his offensive game and is distributing like a true point guard. Lets watch and enjoy.
Granted that he was not surrounded by the most talented of Terp teams, and thus took on more scoring responsibilities, like Terrell last year.
