Inside Lacrosse Analyzes Maryland’s 2013 Lacrosse Recruiting Class

MARYLAND

At the moment, this is my favorite recruiting class. I haven’t seen a more talented trio of offensive players (Rambo, Rotanz, Cannizzaro) headed to the same school since I started covering recruiting. On the defensive end, both Pons and Morris have enough talent to start for multiple seasons. A late pickup, Muller is an underrated defenseman once committed to Marist. Davis-Allen and Belz are local products who will impress at midfield.

No. 1 Matt Rambo, A/M, La Salle (Pa.)
No. 3 Tim Rotanz, A, Shoreham-Wading River (N.Y.)
No. 7 Connor Cannizzaro, A, Cazenovia (N.Y.)
No. 9 Mac Pons, D, Boys’ Latin (Md.)
No. 38 Daniel Morris, G, Dallas Jesuit (Tex.)
John Belz, M, Calvert Hall (Md.)
Jake Clise, A, Loyola Blakefield (Md.)
Isaiah Davis-Allen, M, St. Stephen’s & St. Agnes (Va.)
Chad Rafferty, LSM/D, Malvern Prep (Pa.)
Ben Chisolm, A, South River (Md.)
Lucas Gradinger, A, Torrey Pines (Calif.)
Josh Reinson, M, Montgomery (N.J.)
Tim Muller, D, Chaminade (N.Y.)
