I know that RGIII is the Franchise guy but it was obvious he was not at full strength. His throws that he always makes were not on the money. He limped after being tackled. How can you risk the franchise guy in his rookie year.
Russell Wilson of NC State and Wisconsin was the only rookie QB to win Sunday. He reminds you of RG3 although not nearly as good in passing. Pete Carroll handles his guy much better then Shanahan.

coaches can’t worry about the future. for coaches the future is now. rg 3’s injury requires rest. everyone is playing hurt this time of year. they should have limited the runnig plays but the reality is coaches have a win today mentality. gm’s and owners worry about the future. and no player worth his salt is going to ask out if hurt especially if he is the leader of the team. if injured yes if hurt no.
