“It says a lot about who we are because they want to continue to perform and get better,” head coach Brenda Frese said. “We’re enjoying the process, but we understand it’s only January and we have to continue to get better. We were really good tonight, but as we move to tomorrow we have to get ready for a really tough game in Blacksburg. No one in our locker room had beat Miami, and that’s a pride factor.” from umterps.com

I was there covering it for WMUC. They played fairly sloppy as their known to do in the first half but really locked it down starting from about the 4 minute mark in the first half onwards. Only 3 turnovers in the second half for a team that averages 16.5/game is pretty impressive.
