Being that I have lived in Owings Mills for decades, yes I am proud that Maryland has landed such a fine kid and stellar athlete. Here is a quote from Jared from terrapin times.com: “I’ve always been high on Maryland; they were the school I grew up watching,” said Cohen, who became Maryland’s first class of 2014 recruit on Feb. 19. “And, really, there’s not one bad thing I can say about the University of Maryland. It’s a great school all the way around. I feel great there, and I’m honored to be the first [2014] commit.”
