Indiana is still the team to beat in the NCAAs but with the return of Ryan Kelly don’t forget the Evil Empire hasn’t lost a game when he played. That being said, Miami is clearly the best team in the ACC. Kelly’s superhuman effort (36 points) was barely enough for Duke to win at home. Miami is the clear choice to win the ACC Tournament in neutral Greensboro.
What’s ahead for the Terps—-it will take 2 wins in the final 2 games over Carolina and at UVSA for the Terps to be assured a ticket to the dance. Possible but extremely difficult. Scenario #2—better likelihood that the Terps split the last 2 end up at 9-9 in conference and might and that’s a big might, sneak into the dance with 2 conference wins.
Yea that was David Silverman as part of Michael Phelps posse on the Hank Haney Golf Project Show. Phelps struggled mightily on his trip through Kingsbarn, Carnoustie , and the Old Course. Putting a novice on Carnoustie is bizarre. Unfortunately we never got to see David swing a club, but I know from the few rounds I played with him that David can really play.
Brittany Griner score 50 and Notre Dame topped UConn in a triple overtime thriller. A pretty good night for Women’s ball.
