#1 Terps Survive Toughest Match of the Year Defeating Towson 11-8

Katie Schwarzmann recorded a game-high five goals to lead the No. 1 Maryland women’s lacrosse team to an 11-8 victory at Towson Tuesday.

Schwarzmann became only the fourth player in the storied program’s history to record 200 goals with her second tally of the night. Maryland (12-0, 3-0 ACC) also picked up scoring from Kelly McPartland, who notched a hat trick, and one goal each from Brooke GriffinHalle Majorana and Jen Mendez.
