What a great bounce back win for the Terps who moved to 7-1 and with Notre Dame losing 12-10 at home to St Johns, the Terps will wake up Monday morning back in the saddle at #1 again.

Maryland dominated the entire game and led at the 2 minute mate mark 9-5 , when UVA put on a furious rally to close the gap to 9-7. But Niko, as he had done all day made 1 of his 14 saves and the Terps ran the clock out.

Maryland returns to on Friday, April 5 when it plays at Navy. Faceoff between the Terps and the Midshipmen is scheduled for 7 p.m. at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium.
