Davis on fire as O’s Defeat Rays 6-3—-Roberts Hurt
Chris Davis hit his 3rd HR in as many games, drove in 4, and kept his BA over .600
When I was alerted that Brian Roberts pulled his hamstring on a head first slide on a steal, I could not believe it. When a guy can hit 300 in today’s game, there is no need for him ever to steal. I feel sorry for Roberts but perhaps this is the time for him to move on.
Have felt that he was a user, and thus the break down of his body. But it payed off for him, as with so many who chose the easy path.
Fortunately we have depth and planned fir this eventuality.
In great hands with Buck and DD.
