I must have listened to 20 prognosticators today leading up to game 7. Not one predicted a Miami walkover. But credit to Coach Erik Spoelstra, he had his troops ready to play Heat basketball and this was never a game. Where this team was for 6 games i really don’t know but tonight they were the best team in basketball.Defensively the Heat rebounded, fought for every loose ball, and thoroughly frustrated Paul George by putting LeBron on him for much of the game. Wade came back to earth and was prominent in the offense scoring 21. Ray Allen came off the bench to hit 3 threes in the 1st half and help Miami to a 15 point halftime lead. Of course, LeBron scored his usual 32, played tremendous defense and made a strong effort to get his 2 previously silent partners into the offense. Thursday night is game 1 of the NBA Championship with San Antonio coming to South Beach.
