Brandon really has his act together. Here are some of his quotes to Dave Lomomnico from Terrapin Times
“In Texas, Maryland is really, really undervalued,” said Moore, a 6-foot-4, 270-pound two-star recruit. “My coach, Coach Wood, he prepared me very, very well from an academics, athletics and character perspective. I think Maryland football represents all three areas. They’re a top 10 business school, they’re entering the Big Ten when I get there, and I’ve seen the talent they have and the recruiting, and it’s amazing. They had some challenges last year, but I think that’s behind them.
In particular, Moore was drawn to Maryland’s business school. He said the fact that College Park is so close to Washington, D.C., played a major role in his choosing Maryland over offers from the likes of Missouri, Vanderbilt, Boise State, UTEP, Tulsa, Wake Forest and others.
“Maryland is next to the most powerful city in the U.S., making it a prime location for internships, especially supported by Coach [Randy] Edsall,” Moore said. “Now you look at the football program they’re building there, and the business community in the area, there’s so many possibilities.
