With the depletion of our reciving corps, the Ravens could be forced back into a run first offense. Vonta Lech might not be wanted by the rest of the NFL but he could be a key component o a Ravens successful season. Right man right price is the Ravens motto but there might not be the right man who can solve our passing problems. Panic move? Maybe. But things are no longer rosy for the Super Bowl champs.

do you really think the ravens are going to pay joe flacco $20 million a year to be a run first offense? let’s hope you don’t get press credentials to interview harbaugh and the ravens because you’re going to wind up on you tube. they will tape you to the goal posts and leave you there. maybe they should make a deal with new england and bring tebow in and let him play qb.

you do know the ravens will probably make adjustments to overcome the loss of pitta who is a really good tight end but it’s not like you’re losing an all pro or future hall of famer. they could use an extra wide out to spread the field. they were going to use pitta more on the outside as it was. with flacco’saram they could be better served throwing the ball downfield more often. and that would open things up for screen passes and little curl routes behind the defensive line of scrimmage for rice.
