Question: Why with the season on the line, and Johnson ready to pitch the 9th–does Buck elect to stay with Hunter who has given up so many walk off HRs? Freddy will confirm this is not a 2nd guess. IGoing into the bottom of the 9th, it was simple to predict Hunter would lose the game.

Manny’s injury was as difficult to watch as any of the recent gruesome a in sports.
Looked like a break or major tear to me.

This team needs some serious retooling.
Too many deadbeat hitters, all swinging for home runs. They apparently forgot going with the pitch, but rather are all trying to yank it.
Buck’s placid “the others guys are good” is wearing thin. As are so many of his decisions this year.
It seems to be his modus historically after 3 years to begin being questioned and held responsible for dramatic fall offs in his teams production.
