Wow!!!!!

The University of Maryland (4-0) football program is ranked No. 25 in the latest Associated Press Top 25 poll, which was announced on Sunday.

Maryland has opened the regular season with four consecutive wins and has outscored its opponents 159-41.  This marks Maryland’s best start to open a regular season since 2001.

The Terps, coming off an impressive 37-0 win against West Virginia at M&T Bank Stadium on Sept. 21, had their bye week and will next travel to Tallahassee and face No. 8 Florida State Saturday, October 5 at noon (ESPN/Terrapin Sports Radio Network).

Maryland last appeared in the Associated Press Top 25 at the close of the 2010 season.
