This was the last ACC football game ever at College Park. I’m glad. I can’t even remember when the Terps seemed to have gotten a break from the ACC.
Today there was the phantom interference call that took away a TD.
How about a 3rd and 4 with BC settling for OT and the play turns into a 30 plus yardage run that sets up a winning fg
Let’s not forget, Randy freezes the kicker with a TO before a 53 yd FG. BC misses the kick that doesn’t count and then proceed to make a 53 yarder that would have been good from 60 yards.
Andre Williams, the nation’s leading rusher showed why with a 269 yard performance. Maryland knew he was the Man but could little to stop him.
Once again CJ had to suffer through several drops but he persevered and played a decent game.
Representatives from the ADVO Care Bowl in Shreveport and the Military Bowl were present to observe the game. It seems like the Terps will wind up in one of those 2 Bowls.
32,147 watched the game in what became a very cold afternoon.
I just don’t know what to say after a loss like that. The Terps 6-5 and finish their ACC Career next Saturday against NC State who is winless in the ACC.
