Maryland’s visit made a true lasting impression on the 2014 prospect.
“I feel like the Terps made a big jump after the in-house visit, after we talked about my future,” Keihn stated. “The visit made up a lot for me. They talked a lot about how I can stay at home. And of course taking the Terps to a bowl game this year shows that the changes he (Coach Randy Edsall) is making out there is working and that really stands out to me. Somethings that they are trying to do with me out there when I get there, it interests me as well.”
But when it comes to the Terps, the true thing that stood out for Keihn had nothing to do with football.
“ We just talked about the opportunities that they had for me at Maryland. Coach Edsall and the other coaches just sat down and talked about the some of the programs, some of the things that I am interested in doing. Like I know I want to be able to go back to my country and build houses, and they have programs that can help me with that. It was very interesting to me.” His decision will be made some time around Christmas.from scout.com
