Peyton continued his tremendous season as he just picked the Patriots secondary apart. This was never really a close game. Key play—Welker’s hit on Talib that knocked the Patriots best corner out of the game. I was a little surprised at the final 2 point conversion attempt that failed for Brady. A run off tackle?
Game 2 was definitely an instant classic–one of the hardest hitting games in recent memory. It was good to see Anquan was up to the task with 5 receptions for 53 yards and a TD. A few passing mistakes by Kaepernick did the 49ers in. Jim Harbaugh was certainly gracious for once in defeat.
Denver is an early 2 point favorite for the Super Bowl.
