Back to Earth a Little–Terps Hold to Defeat Stony Brook 11-8—Raffa Injured?

Mike Chanenchuck once again led the way with 4 goals, Tim Rotanz in his debut added 2 and Brian Cole had 2. Maryland dominated possesssion in the 1st half as Charlie Raffa clearly had an edge at the X position, but Raffa played very little in the 2nd half and presto a 8-2 halftime lead became 9-7 with 8 minutes left.

Charlie was clearly limping and certainly Maryland’s hopes for a great season ride on his recovery. Once again Niko saved the day with many acrobatic saves. Faceoffs —Stony Brook  13-8
