The Terrapin offense matched a season-high 19 goals as the No. 2 Maryland women’s lacrosse team toppled Towson 19-8 Wednesday in subfreezing temperatures at the Field Hockey & Lacrosse Complex.
Kelly McPartland led Maryland (12-0, 3-0 ACC) with six goals, including four in the first 11 minutes of the game. Brooke Griffin added four goals and Halle Majorana, Zoe Stukenberg, Beth Glaros and Jen Mendez each posted two scores a piece.
