Maryland churned out 13 hits led by a four-hit performance from Charlie White to lead the Terps past Wake Forest, 11-3, in the series finale Sunday afternoon from Gene Hooks Field at Wake Forest Baseball Park.
White led the offensive charge in the late innings as Maryland (19-10, 6-8 ACC) scored eight runs in the final four frames. The junior centerfield tied career highs in hits (4) and RBI (4) and tallied two stolen bases. Second basemanBrandon Lowe added to the attack going 2-for-3 with three RBI, while Jose Cuas had two doubles and a RBI.
