I really thought the Terps were in big trouble at half time. Only 1 goal, a hot goalie for Cornell and 1 on 1 offensive domination by Cornell
But not today. A different Maryland team showed up in the 2nd half Rambo and Cannizzaro came alive but most important, Senior Mike Chanenchuck didn’t want this to be his last game. Mike scored with 2 seconds left on a great feed from Henry West to get the V.
Maryland completed a perfect season at home but now has to go on the road to Hempstead to face the Syracuse -Bryant winner.
