– The University of Maryland will hold its Fan Appreciation Day Saturday, Aug. 16 at 3:30 p.m. at Capital One Field at Byrd Stadium.
Gates open at 2:30 p.m. Athletics department officials will be on hand for select-a-seat and mezzanine upgrade opportunities for the 2014 season.
After the team’s scrimmage at 3:30 p.m., head coach Randy Edsall and student-athletes will participate in an autograph session on the field. Fans are welcome to come on the field after the scrimmage and get an up-close look at this year’s squad.
Maryland Football posters and schedule cards for the 2014 season will be available at the marketing tables.
