Terps Roll Past #16 Nebraska 75-47

The 10th-ranked Maryland women’s basketball team (11-2, 2-0 B1G) surged past No. 16 Nebraska (10-3, 0-2) Sunday to win 75-47, at the Pinnacle Bank Arena in Lincoln. The win was the Terps’ 50th over an Associated Press ranked team in head coach Brenda Frese’s 13 years.

Shatori Walker-Kimbrough led the Terrapins with 24 points, 18 in the first half, with nine rebounds. Redshirt senior Laurin Mincy added 22 points, including 20 in the second half to spur the Terps. Junior Malina Howard grabbed eight rebounds and sophomore Lexie Brown dished six assists with nine points.
