Rutgers picked up its highest ranked victory in program history when it downed No. 4 Wisconsin, 67-62, on Sunday night its last time out. The Scarlet Knights were led in scoring by Myles Mack and Kadeem Jack, who notched 21 and 20 points, respectively. Rutgers outscored Wisconsin 44-27 in the second half.
Mack and Jack are the lone Scarlet Knights averaging double figure scoring, recording 13.8 and 12.6 points per game, respectively.
Maryland and Rutgers are tied 3-3 in the all-time series with the Scarlet Knights winning the last meeting, 95-79, on Dec. 28, 1991 at the Fiesta Bowl Classic at the McKale Center.
