Dez was fantastic again tonight. He seems to be playing at a much higher speed then he has in the past. Dez scored 20 on 8-13 shooting, had 10 rebounds, and 4 steals. When Rutgers tied the game up at 45, Dez took over the game.The attendance was 7053 and it seemed like Terp fans outnumbered the Rutgers faithful.
Damonte Dodd had one of his better games scoring 6, and grabbing 4 rebounds. Cheko did not make the trip.
Jake Layman shot 5-11 including 3 treys to finish with 14 points.
Melo’s shooting was off as he went 3-13 missing all 5 treys but only had 2 turnovers in 32 minutes of pressure.
The Terps are now 13-4 1nd close the regular season Sunday night against Nebraska
