I appreciate the thought you have shown for the feelings of us Washingtonians especially those of who grew up in post-Colts/Senators, pre-Nationals/Ravens era and refused to pull a Benedict Arnold and switch allegiances to the either the Ravens or Nationals.
Go Terps, Go O’s, and Go Skins.
For what it’s worth I don’t consider O’s vs. Nats a rivalry either. As an O’s fan I certainly don’t take more enjoyment out of a win over the Nats than I do a win over any AL East team and am certainly pulling for them to win the world series now that the O’s have been eliminated.
