Now that Wallace Loh has taken back his retirement he should be fired. His is the ultimate responsibility for the debacle. He refused to make the medical staff of the sports team independent of the athletic department, even though this made them out of compliance with the Big Ten. The University of Maryland Medical System was willing and able to do this. While we are firing Loh, we might as well send Turgeon with him.
