Layman, Len, Huerter Shining in the NBA

Atlanta guard Kevin Huerter started his week by playing 37 minutes in a 142-126 win against Oklahoma City. He scored 17 points on 6 of 10 shooting, 5 of 8 from 3 and 5 of 8 from the line. He grabbed three boards, had four assists and turned it over three times. Then, in a 113-105 loss to Boston, Huerter scored 18 points on 7 of 18 from the field and 4 of 10 from range. He had four rebounds, seven assists, three steals and two turnovers.

ALEX LEN

Atlanta center Alex Len played 31 minutes off the bench in the win against Oklahoma City, going for 24 points on 9 of 14 from the field; 1 0f 4 from range; and 5 of 6 from the line. He recorded 11 rebounds, two blocks, three assists and zero turnovers. Len followed up by scoring 15 points in 19 minutes in the Boston loss. He was 7 of 10 shooting, 1 of 2 from 3, grabbed six rebounds, handed out two assists, and had a block; a steal; and two turnovers.

JAKE LAYMAN1

Portland wing Jake Layman started his week by scoring 13 points (6 of 9 from the field, 0 of 2 from 3) in a 115-107 loss to Sacramento. He also had three rebounds and just one turnover. Two nights later, in a 129-112 win against Cleveland, Layman had 18 points in 26 minutes. He was 8 of 11 from the field, 2 of 2 from range, and had three rebounds; three assists; a block; and zero turnovers. Then, in a 128-112 win against the Pelicans, Layman went off for 20 points on 8 of 14 from the field a 4 of 9 from 3. He added one rebound in the effort.
