The No. 8 Maryland women’s basketball team controlled both ends of the floor from the tip Saturday in a 100-59 rout of Texas Southern in the San Juan Shootout Friday in Puerto Rico.

Funny, I just looked at the stats and the 2 teams awere justabout dead equal.

Crab cakes and field Goals, a slogan originally created after a 9-7 FG victory in San Fran years ago by Ishan, held firm tonight. Flacco was visibly frustrated through out the game because the Ravebs should have put a 40 on the scoreboard. Justin Tucker split the uprights on 5 of 5 attempts–43, 38, 34, 43, and 46.

Tomlin should be fined for his obvious … Read More »

My take on the new additions:

Dustin Clark is a good friend of mine. He will be a brilliant addition to Turgeon’s staff. I have found his analysis of the opposition to be excellent. Dustin has been a great student in his years with Turgeon. He is more then ready for this move and will be a tremendous asset to the program.

Juan Dixon is a Terrapin Legend. His presence at Comcast lights up the arena. A great addition for … Read More »

Why–A loss to the Steelers puts the Raven about a mile behind the 8ball. The Ravens schedule after Thursday is much more difficult then the Steelers. On top og that in effect the Ravens would be 1 game behind the enemy but in reality it would be a 2 game deficit because heads up the Steelers would win the battle.

In essence winning only keeps the Ravens around, losing ends the season.
