I’m not sure if it was exactly a Cronkite moment, but Robert Griffin III lost Sonny Jurgensen on Sunday. At least twice.

The first time came in the third quarter, when the Redskins trailed 24-0 and had accomplished virtually nothing in their passing game.

Owings Mills (Md.) McDonogh cornerback Josh Woods committed to Randy Edsall and the Terps this morning. 

Woods, who plays both defensive back and wide receiver for McDonogh, visited Maryland’s campus for an unofficial visit on Nov. 14, picking up an offer at that time. Just a day later, Woods also received a scholarship offer from the University of Virginia.
