To say it’s been a rough past couple of weeks for Lance Armstrong is a massive understatement. In addition to a scathing report from the U.S. anti-doping agency about him, Armstrong has lost nearly all of his sponsorships, stepped down as Chariman of the popular charity Livestrong, and has been stripped of his seven Tour de France titles. Pretty much, the world has decided that because Lance Armstrong used steroids, he no longer exists. Or at least, they’re attempting to … Read More »

Review of UVA Game

I watched this game on Terps TV and was confounded by the inability of the Terps to dent the nets. They outshot Lehigh 30-6—and that doesn’t even explain how one sided this game was. Anyway the Terps move to 14-0-1 with 1 home game remaining in the regular season against Clemson Saturday night at Ludwig. As usual the joint will be rocking!!!

Enjoy the celebration Giants because Mr Verlander is coming to town Wednesday.

My prediction: Verlander wins 2 games, the Tigers win when Zito … Read More »

“American played a very good press against us and they were able to come up with the ball,” head coach Missy Meharg said. “Defensively, they double-teamed very quickly. At halftime, … Read More »

University of Maryland head football coach Randy Edsall on Monday announced that starting quarterback Perry Hills has suffered a torn ACL and will be out for the season. Hills, a freshman who started the first seven games this season, suffered the injury in the first half of Saturday’s game against NC State. “I am very disappointed for Perry,” said Edsall. “I was proud of the way he stepped in this season and led our team. Perry is a great competitor and I … Read More »
