Every time the O’s NEED a victory they find a way. Tonight it was 7 great innings from Miquel Gonzalez and HRs from Chris Davis (2), Manny (2), McLouth, Reynolds, and Thome.

This weekend its Tillman, Chen, and Saunders against the Red Sox.

This was easy. The very fiber of the game was being diminished. Now we can listen to Green Bay cry all year about how they had one stolen from them. To Harbaugh’s credit, I haven’t heard one word of complaint about the offensive pass interference call against Jacobi Jones that cost the Ravens the Philly game. My guess is that the real refs will be back tomorrow night for the Ravens game.

The Commish is now involved. The incredible farce that occurred to a National TV audience Sunday night has precipitated Goodell to get involved. 4 hour games have become commonplace and if it’s not your team playing many are losing their patience. The amount of money involved is paltry when compared to damaging the product. The stupidity will end very soon.
