UConn Coach Paul Pasqualoni: Kicking the ball to Stefon Diggs, I don’t know what you do. We’re punting the ball and getting great hang-time, he should be fair-catching them and he’s not. He’s giving them field position, and then on the last kickoff, that one got away from us. I thought we got production from all three phases.
Strange game but Terps were down 24-21 and UConn had to punt—to Stefon—The whole stadium is geared for more Stefon magic. But … Read More »
Ouch –this one really hurt. The O’s had a chance to gain undisputed possession of 1st place after the Yankees lost to Tampa but just could not come up with the big hit.
What worries me is that Wieters came up limping in the 9th after beating out an infield hit. He also banged his thumb on the helmet of an Atletic in the 8th.
The O’s had the leadoff man on 7 times but continued to fail to advance … Read More »

The No. 3 Maryland men’s soccer team travels to No. 18 NC State Friday night. The conference battle will kick off at 7 p.m. and will be shown live on ESPN3.
I had to search the internet to find a site that Picked The Terps. Here’s the theory that bugs me—Temple was a 10 1/2 point favorite last week and when the Terps won the first expression from non-Terp fans was Temple was no good. So much for the vaunted Temple rushing game.
