The No. 9 Maryland men’s soccer team rallied to tie Penn State 2-2 in the last exhibition game of the preseason Monday at a rain-soaked Ludwig Field.
Penn State tallied the only goal of the first half in the 20th minute. Nittany Lion forward Julian Cardona scored off a cross from Daniel Burnham from across the box. The Nittany Lions increased their lead to two in the 64th minute off a Mikey Minutillo goal off a cross.
