Kevin has been the defensive coach of the Terps for the last 2 years. Do I need to say anymore about this young man. It is going to be brutal to lose him, but no one deserves a head coaching position more thenKevin. Believe it’s only a short matter of time before Goergetown lacrosse returns to the elite … Read More »

So now it’s between Perry Hills, Caleb Rowe, and Devin Burns as to who will take the lead.

Some reactions:
Freddy, the eternal optimist, speaks of how a rookie can be loose especially a potential gunslinger like Perry Hills.

Rick, who I informed about 3 o’clock was speechless. As MGN President Rick pours his heart into this team He caught my despair in the message I left. Of course that was more of my feeling sorry for CJ. … Read More »

Mark Reynolds again delivered the clinching punch, a 2 out 2 run double. Every game is now more meaningful.

Is it now time to go all in and elevate Dylan Bundy. I say why not. Many thought Manny was not ready. Roll the dice.

I am sick to my stomach. Most of all I feel horrible for CJ. He is such a good kid and has worked incredibly hard.

There are very few Orioles fans, myself included, who would have stuck with Mark Reynolds as long as Buck has. Since his move to first base his defense has gone from horrendous to excellent. Last night his 2 HRs projected the O’s to a relatively easy win over Beckett and the Sox. Though there were a few anxious moments the bullpen came through again as the O’s rise to 63-53.

Let me put this simply–Phil Booth a 6’3 170 sharpshooter is simply stupendous. I watched him for 3 days at the MIAA Series at Stevenson. His talents bely his young age and he as smooth a player as you can imagine. Phil and parents were at Maryland on Monday checking out the campus, according to terrapin times.com. Tuesday it’s Roddy Peters turn. Enough said.
