According to terrapintimes.com the Xavier assistant is headed Maryland’s way. With strong ties to Carlton Carrington (Mosley)  and Juan Dixon, Ranson seems like a perfect fit. Much more when it is official.

terrapintimes.com reports that the Assistant Coaching job at Maryland is down to 2 candidates Chris Caputo (Assistant at George Mason) and Bino Ranson (assistant at Xavier with strong ties to Baltimore and the AAU circuit).  This again is speculation and no conclusions should be jumped to!!!

Obviously the Patsos rehire is not close to being finalized. Gary met with one of the early frontrunners today, Chris Caputo a master recruiter from George Mason. There are more to come as Williams is biding his time, looking for the perfect fit.

In the past 4 years the following players graduated from Maryland—Will Bowers, Parish Brown, Ekene Ibekwe, James Gist, Boom Osby, Dave Neal, Jerome Burney, Vasquez, Hayes and Milbourne  Only DJ and Mike Jones did not get their degree. that’s 10-12 or 83%.  CONGRATULATIONS to the newest graduates.
