I do believe this one is personal for #52. The Ravens won’t be declared Super Bowl Champs if they win. It will be a long season either way. But something is different about this opening game I do believe the Ravens will have Ray’s back and that Revis is not ready yet. Ravens 20 Jets 13.
Chris Collingsworth repeated it over and over –Brett had no timing with his receivers, inferring that missing camp had its side effects. I wonder if the Ravens will burn Darelle Revis.
Let’s get it straight. Rex Ryan is beginning to nauseate me. Dissing Ray Lewis on Hard Knocks only proves how stupid Rex really is. Sanchez better bring his A game Monday night if he even has a A game. The following is the excerpt from the Sun: “We’re talking about the Jets like we’re talking about the Saints,” Lewis said. “That’s the Super Bowl champs. Until they play tonight, that’s the only people that can be dethroned. Drew Brees and … Read More »
It always has been TJ burning the Ravens. TJ is both a solid receiver and a solid guy. What a great fit!!!! TJ, Bouldin, Mason, and Heap—is Darelle Revis going to guard all 4? Ozzie has upgraded the Ravens’ receiving corps to one of the best in the game. The Ravens will not miss Mark Clayton—the drop against Minnesota still lingers. It’s fresh start for him as well.
The rich get richer. The once malighned Ravens receiving just upgraded again with the addition of TJ. There was no room in Seattle for TJ once Pete carroll took the reigns. He opted to go with his guy–Mike Williams from USC.
Darrelle Revis signed a 4 year deal with the Jets, who believed they could not win without him. No surprise with the Ravens on tap first.
from the Baltimore Sun:
The biggest development is the decision to waive kicker Shayne Graham, the fourth-most accurate kicker in NFL history. Graham connected on 2-of-3 field goals in preseason games, while incumbent Billy Cundiff was perfect on all three of his attempts The organization also cut quarterback Troy Smith, who completed 54.0 percent (34 of 63) of his passes for 388 yards this preseason. But he was intercepted twice in the team’s 27-21 loss to the St. Louis Rams … Read More »
Though everyone knows #20 wants to play–this is clearly the best decision for him.
Does anyone believe there is a need for the 4th exhibition game? Was that the Ravens on the field. What did Coach Harbaugh get out of that game. Will Dannell Ellerby ever showboat again? No further comments are needed.
#20 is a true warrior. he just can’t picture his troops on the battlefield without him. Again he is willing to risk his body to help the team. PAY HIM!!!
Nobody does it better. A first class corner like Josh for a conditional draft pick. Look for Josh to start against the Jets. When Dominique comes back think about the Ravens starting corners!!! Some excerpts from the Sun article tonight:
“He’s an extremely fiery and aggressive player, and I think he’s very talented,” said Foxworth, who played with Wilson for three years at Maryland. “I know his personality fits into what we’re building here. Josh is a no-nonsense type of … Read More »
