When Sabathia threw at Markakis, and Nick went down 3 Saturday nights ago, I thought the Birds were cooked. Today, I could not believe that Buck left Saunders in for 7 1/3, here’s the bottom line–DONT 2ND GUESS Buck—ever.

The Hokies improve to 10-2-0 overall and 2-2-0 in league play.
The fourth-ranked Maryland field hockey team took control early and never looked back in a 6-0 win over Temple Sunday at the Field Hockey & Lacrosse Complex.
Five players scored in the win for Maryland (8-2, 2-1) and redshirt sophomore goalkeeperBrooke Cabrera notched a career-high six saves in the second half. The Terps held Temple without a shot and without a corner in the first half. The Terps outshot the Owls (6-6), 27-11, and had nine corners to two.
