I can’t understand this. Kevin Anderson gave up Gary’s long time quest to get the return game from 1993. He offered a home and home series to start immediately without putting any limitations. JT3 certainly plays in places as tough as Comcast—the Carrier Dome, Pittsburgh, The Palestra etc. Georgetown is definitely player better ball then Maryland. Katie Schwarzmann scored a career-high six goals as No. 2 Maryland picked up its first road victory 16-6 at No. 17 Penn State Sunday afternoon. Schwarzmann scored five of her six goals in the first half and also racked up a game-high six groundballs. I just have a great feeling about this year’s squad. Trailing 5-1 in the 5th the Terps tied it up on a 3 Run HR by Tim Kiene. The Bruins scored in the bottom of the inning and held on for a 6-5 win. Last night the Terps scored 2 in the 9th and Jimmy Reed struck out the side to preserve a 2-1 victory before a stunned UCLA crowd.
