Yes it was a heartbreaking end to a season that had so much promise. For much of the year the Terps were ranked #1 or #2 and entered the home game tonight at #5 in the NCAAs.

But the better team won tonight. Louisville had many stronger opportunities and despite some great saves from Maryland’s goalie, they were able to dent the nets 4 times led by Colin Rolfe.

Disappointing yes, disastrous not even a little bit. Maryland is able … Read More »

Maybe a touchdown will be scored. the first game was pathetic and now the BCS will make us watch another.ANY MATCHUP would be better!!!!! USC has returned to BCS form even with the loss of scholarships. Too bad they are banned from Post Season play this year.

UCLA 6-6 on the year will be playing Oregon for the Pac 12 title. Maybe the conferences should have a playoff system stretching the season to 36 games.

Roy Williams has 5 starters who will play in the NBA. This was not a close game. The Running Rebels pick and rolled Carolina to defeat. Unbelievable. By the way the Orleans is a fascinating hotel off the strip. What stands out in my memory is the phenomenal raw bar.

Towon lost to Oregon State 66-46 with President Obama and Bill Murray looking on.
